What Mobxt collects and why.

This policy applies to Mobxt's Discord bot, website, and account or server-management features. Discord handles information you provide directly to Discord under its own terms and privacy policy.

Discord account and server information

Mobxt may process Discord identifiers, profile details, roles and permissions, channel information, server metadata, installation details, and the user or server settings needed to provide the service.

Requests, content, and reminders

Mobxt receives the commands, messages, links, images, and other content you submit to it. We may keep limited records of requests and service outcomes for operation, safety, support, and reliability. If you create a reminder, Mobxt stores the reminder text, schedule, and information needed to deliver it to the right place.

Account and session information

If you sign in with Discord, Mobxt receives basic profile and server-access information and keeps authentication and session data needed to sign you in, protect your account, and show features you are allowed to manage. Sessions generally expire after 30 days and can be ended by signing out.

When you use a conversational feature, Mobxt sends the relevant request and context, which may include messages, names, links, or images, to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response. Conversation records may be kept so Mobxt can support follow-up messages, operate the feature, and investigate problems.

Mobxt does not use Discord message content to train its own AI or machine-learning models. The AI service provider handles submitted content under its own service terms and privacy practices.

Mobxt uses a third-party analytics provider to understand feature use and service reliability. Analytics are limited and use pseudonymous identifiers where practical.

We do not send raw Discord message content, conversational prompts or responses, or reminder text to the analytics provider. There is currently no per-user analytics opt-out control.

• Keep Mobxt reliable, secure, and protected from misuse.
• Understand feature use and improve the service.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain Mobxt, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some operational, conversation, account, server, and reminder records do not have a fixed automatic deletion period and may remain until they are manually removed or no longer needed.

Mobxt does not currently offer self-service data export or deletion. Removing Mobxt from a server or deleting a Discord message stops or removes that activity on Discord, but does not automatically erase information already kept by Mobxt. You can contact us about a privacy request; we will assess it based on the information we can identify and our operational and legal obligations.

Mobxt relies on third-party service providers for platform access, AI features, analytics, hosting, infrastructure, and requested external data or media. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and handle it under their own terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Mobxt does not sell personal data.

Mobxt uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can choose not to install Mobxt, remove it from a server you control, avoid mentioning it or using conversational commands, avoid signing in, or sign out to revoke an active account session. Server administrators can control where the bot is allowed to read and respond through Discord permissions. There is no self-service deletion, export, or per-user analytics opt-out control at this time.
