The rules for using Mobxt.

By installing, accessing, signing in to, or using Mobxt, you agree to these terms. If you use Mobxt for an organization or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use Mobxt and remove it from servers you control.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet Discord's age requirements. Your use of Mobxt must also follow the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. Discord provides and controls its platform separately from Mobxt.

Mobxt provides Discord commands and features for market information, charts, reminders, conversational answers, linked media, and account or server-management tools. Available features can depend on Discord permissions, server settings, location, external services, and service capacity.

• Use Mobxt only in servers and channels where you are authorized to use it.
• Configure appropriate Discord permissions and protect your signed-in account.
• Submit only content you have the right to use and process.
• Check important information before acting on it.
• Comply with laws, platform rules, and the rights of other people.

You may not use Mobxt to:

• Break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or harm others.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, spam, or distribute malicious content.
• Manipulate markets or present generated material as verified financial advice.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise the service or its safeguards.
• Resell, copy, or automate access in a way that abuses the service.

You keep any rights you hold in content you submit. You give Mobxt permission to process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for having the permissions needed to submit it.

Mobxt provides information for general informational and educational use. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Market information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and AI-generated responses can be incorrect. Verify important information with reliable primary sources and qualified professionals. Using Mobxt does not create an adviser, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

Mobxt depends on Discord and other external services for platform access, data, media, analytics, hosting, and conversational features. Their terms and policies may apply to your use of those services. Mobxt is not sponsored or endorsed by Discord, and we are not responsible for third-party services or interruptions outside our control.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Mobxt will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on Mobxt as the sole delivery method for time-sensitive, emergency, or critical information, including reminders.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to a violation of these terms. You may stop using Mobxt at any time by removing it from servers you control and signing out of account features.

Mobxt, its branding, software, design, and service content belong to its operator or licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership or allow you to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create competing services from Mobxt except where the law does not permit that restriction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobxt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobxt and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on outputs, missed reminders, service interruption, third-party services, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
